Sarah Wilson is a highly experienced communications professional with over 20 years of expertise supporting research and environmental institutions in Australia and internationally. She specialises in translating complex scientific concepts into accessible narratives for diverse audiences, including policymakers, media, and the public. Her strengths lie in stakeholder engagement and event coordination, with a strong track record in digital content creation, internal communications, and media relations.

Currently Communications Manager at the ANU Centre for Energy Systems, Sarah works closely with researchers across disciplines to elevate the visibility and impact of their work through digital content creation, outreach initiatives, managing high-profile events, and curating content across digital platforms.

Her previous roles at the ANU Energy Change Institute, CSIRO, the University of New South Wales and international organisations such as CABI and Water UK have further honed her ability to navigate complex environments and foster collaborative relationships.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Sarah’s career is marked by a commitment to impactful storytelling and fostering meaningful connections across boundaries.
