Dora (Shan) He is a researcher at the ANU Centre for Energy Systems with expertise in energy system optimisation and consumer energy resources. After completing her PhD in computer science focused on residential energy optimisation under dynamic pricing, she has built extensive experience analysing distributed energy technologies in the ACT context. Her research examines the technoeconomic and environmental benefits of various CER technologies, including household batteries, battery-only virtual power plants and neighbourhood batteries. Dr. He's technical expertise spans energy modelling, optimisation, data analysis, and power flow analysis. She has successfully delivered multiple knowledge sharing reports and presentations to diverse stakeholders across academic and industry forums.
